“And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.” Mark 10:16

We joyfully celebrate the innocence children bring to our faith. Our Children’s Ministry seeks to guide children in God’s teachings, while making the learning process fun and exciting.  Under the direction of our Christian Education Committee, an interesting and education curriculum is provided for birth through senior high school.

Confirmation Class is held for youth in seventh through ninth grades when numbers are sufficient to conduct the class (usually every other year).

During the Sunday Service, a Children's Sermon is provided for our youth.  A child brings a surprise item for the topic of the short sermon.  This is always a great opportunity to relate Christ to the children based on an item that is important in their day-to-day lives.

While the Sunday Sermon is being brought to the congregation, youth from kindergarten through sixth grade have the opportunity to attend a video sermon to view a story that relates Christ to them on their level.
